For what purpose is your data processed?

Jaia Design uses the information you give us to answer your enquiry, arrange your visit to our studio, understand your project and prepare a proposal for it. If you become a client, we also use it to carry out the work and to keep the records the law requires.

We do not sell your information, we do not use it for advertising, and no decision about you is made by automated means.

How long do we keep your data?

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it, and in any case for as long as the law requires.

What are the legal grounds for processing your data?

When you send us an enquiry or ask for a studio visit, we process your information with your consent. If you become a client, we process it to prepare and carry out our contract with you, and to meet our legal obligations.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to jaiadesign.id@gmail.com. Withdrawing it does not affect what we did before you withdrew it, or a contract already in place.

Who will your data be shared with?

We do not pass your information to third parties, except where the law requires it. The companies that work on our behalf may have access to it: the providers of our email, messaging, website hosting and IT services. If you become a client, we share what they need, and no more, with the contractors and suppliers working on your project.

WhatsApp, Instagram and LinkedIn are run by other companies. When you use them to reach us, their own privacy policies apply.

What rights do you have?

Under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022), you have the right to:

• know what information we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
• have inaccurate information corrected;
• have your information deleted when it is no longer needed;
• have its use stopped or restricted;
• object to how it is used in certain circumstances;
• receive it in a form you can pass to someone else, where that is technically possible;
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before.

Send your request to jaiadesign.id@gmail.com. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act on it, and we will respond within the time the law sets. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority.

How do we obtain your data?

You give it to us directly: in person, by email, by phone, on WhatsApp or through the visit form on this website. That form opens a message in your own email app; nothing you type is stored on the website.

The information we handle is your name, email address and phone number, the kind of project you have in mind, and the date and time you would like to visit. We do not ask for or process any sensitive categories of personal data.

Does this website use cookies?

No. This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. It keeps one small note in your browser for the length of your visit, so the opening animation plays only once. That note holds no personal information and is cleared when you close the tab.

Like every website, ours is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and running.

How do we keep your data safe?

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and change the date at the top.
