1. General information

These terms set the rules for visiting and using this website (the “Website”). They apply to everything on it, unless a particular service has terms of its own.

In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Jaia Design.

3. Access and use of the Website

Anyone who visits the Website is a user of it. By visiting, you accept these terms in the version published at the time of your visit.

The Website gives general information about our studio, our services and our work. Many of its images are three-dimensional visualisations of our designs. A finished space can differ from its visualisation in detail, material and colour.

4. Updates

We may change the information on the Website, and these terms, at any time and without notice. Please read them each time you visit. Using the Website means accepting the version in force on that day.

5. Your responsibility

5.1 Accurate information

You confirm that everything you send us through the Website is true, complete and accurate, and that you have the right to share it.

5.2 Lawful use

You agree to use the Website in line with the law, with these terms and with public order. You must not use it for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms our rights and interests or anyone else’s.

We may suspend or end the access of anyone who breaks these terms, at any time and without notice.

5.3 Your liability

You alone are responsible for how you use the Website and what is on it. If you break these terms and we suffer a loss as a result, directly or indirectly, you are liable for it.

6. Enquiries and studio visits

Sending us an enquiry or booking a studio visit does not create a contract between us. Any project we take on is covered by a separate written agreement, and that agreement takes priority over anything on the Website. Prices and timings we mention before then are estimates, not commitments.

7. Property rights

Everything on the Website, including its designs, drawings, images, words, logos and trade names, and the software behind it, belongs to Jaia Design or is used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property law.

You are welcome to view the Website and share links to it. Please do not copy, reproduce or use any of it commercially without our written permission.

8. Other websites

The Website links to services run by other companies, such as WhatsApp, Instagram and LinkedIn. A link does not mean we are connected with that company or endorse what it publishes. You follow those links at your own responsibility, and we are not liable for the information, products or services you find there.

9. Limits of our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for:

• errors, delays or interruptions on the Website caused by events beyond our control or by technical faults;
• improper use of the Website, or of the sites it links to;
• claims made by others because of the way you used the Website;
• the acts or omissions of third parties;
• inaccurate or incomplete details you give us that stop us replying to you or providing a service.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you.

10. If part of these terms does not apply

If any part of these terms is cancelled or found to be void, only that part falls away. The rest stays in force.

Our privacy policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.

12. Applicable law

These terms, and any relationship between you and us that arises from using the Website, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
